Dresses were measured flat and numbers were doubled to get overall measurement for under bust and waist. There is no stretch to the fabric, but being polyester it won’t shrink. 100% Polyester Machine Wash Warm Gentle Do Not Bleach Tumble Dry Low Wash Separately NEW – Still in original bag from manufacturer. Was never hung up in a store, never tried on.
